All people will feel anxious – that is a plain and simple fact. You are likely to feel nervous and anxious when you are about to deliver a presentation at work or at school. You need to understand however that, the symptoms from one person to another may vary. Some might experience one or two of the symptoms here mentioned, but there are others who will manifest all of them.
