Having a good night’s rest is a major determinant of how fresh you will be in the morning, be sure to get at least six hours of sleep. If you feel that the tiredness is caused by an illness like malaria, anemia and other thyroid conditions, see a doctor to attend to you to prevent further damage to your health and body.
