Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 73rd birthday inaugurated Phase 1 of the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), also known as Yashobhoomi, in Dwarka on September 17, 2023.
Spanning an expansive project area exceeding 8.9 lakh square meters, with a built-up area of more than 1.8 lakh square meters, the IICC stands as a remarkable testament. It proudly houses one of the most extensive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities, and the largest LED media facade in the country.
After the Bharat Mandapam, which recently hosted world leaders during the G20 Summit, the IICC is the second convention center to offer world-class amenities for exhibitions and conferences. Both these venues are powered by the BSES.
